Do you work in places other than homes?
Yes, we provide services wherever the client calls home. In homes, assisted living facilities, and retirement communities.
Where do you provide home care services?
We provide care for the elderly throughout all of Orange County, CA and bordering zip codes.
How do you select your caregivers?
Our hiring standards include a thorough verification of reference and background checks. Our staff are fully insured (workers compensation, general liability), ensuring peace of mind for the client and the family. Caregivers must be able to uphold our high standards for integrity and compassion.
What happens if my caregiver becomes sick or needs time off?
If a caregiver is sick or in need of time off, our process is to find you someone equally qualified.
What if I need to speak to someone in the office after business hours?
We have a manager on call 24/7 who will answer your call and assist you and/or direct you based on the degree of urgency. In an applicable emergency, you will be directed to call 911.
Who pays the caregiver – me or you?
Our caregivers are employees of Carefree Home Care, so we handle all the billing, payroll, taxes, insurance, and administrative responsibilities for you.
Do you accept Long Term Care Insurance Policies?
Yes. We accept Long Term Care Insurance policies from ALL companies.
